⚠️ Warning: Violation of any of the above rules will result in the account being permanently locked and the warranty immediately voided without prior notice.
🛡️ 2. WARRANTY POLICY
✅ Warranty Period: The warranty period is flexible, ranging from 24 hours to 12 months depending on the product type. Please check the description of each product carefully for the exact warranty period.
✅Warranty Coverage: We only provide warranty for issues related to inability to log in (incorrect username/password) at the time of account delivery.
📹 3. REPLACEMENT REQUEST PROCESS
If an account encounters an error within the warranty scope, we will replace it within 24 hours. To request a replacement, you MUST provide video evidence.
Requirements for Video Evidence:
☑️The video must record the entire process from when you complete the payment until you log in and discover the error.
☑️The video must be continuous, clear, unedited, and uncut.
☑️ The video must clearly display a timestamp throughout the recording.
❌ Any request without valid video evidence will not be processed.

❗ Any negative review submitted without prior contact will void the warranty. We do not support refunds or replacements in this case.
